Reporting a conversion problem

It helps us a lot if you include:

• the tool you used (for example “PDF to TXT”) and your browser and device;
• what you expected and what happened instead, or the error message shown;
• the program that created the file, if you know it (for example “Excel 2019” or “Calibre”).

Please do not attach confidential files. If a file is needed to reproduce the problem, a small sample without personal information is ideal. Because conversions run in your browser, we never see the files you convert on the site.
